Advent Lessons & Family Guide

StoryLine K-5 Advent Lessons

The StoryLine K-5 Advent Unit includes four lessons designed for use in churches or other group settings with children ages 5-10 years old. Each lesson includes a weekly wondering, discover/reflection points, an ornament making exploration activity, a 10-15 minute lesson, small group or whole group discussion questions, a candle lighting activity, a closing prayer, and a weekly Family Advent Guide. The Family Advent Guide includes three guided rituals (songs, scripture reading, discussion questions, activities, prayer) for each week of Advent corresponding to the church/group lessons that parents/caregivers and children can to do together at home during the Advent season.
